How can I place an order?
Placing an order is quick and easy!
- Pre-Designed & Pre-Sale Orders
Simply browse our online store, select the products you desire, and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout process where you'll provide your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, we'll take care of the rest. - Custom Orders
Select the "Custom Orders" tab and complete the order inquiry form to submit your order request.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Pre-Designed Orders
Please allow 3 business days after your order is placed for processing and shipment. - Pre-Sale Orders
Orders will ship out within the scheduled window. - Custom Orders
Processing and subsequent shipping times are subject to the size and details of your custom order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club) and other secure online payment platforms such as Apple Pay and Google Pay as well as interest-free payment plans through Shop Pay. Rest assured that your payment information is protected and encrypted for a secure transaction.
Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and stay updated on its estimated delivery date. If you have any issues with tracking your order, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Ground or USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage.
Where do you ship from?
Our bakery is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on the type of cookies you order, your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after shipping.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes. Our USPS shipping options allow for delivery to PO Boxes.
How do I know if my package was delivered?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use that number to track the order on
www.ups.com of www.usps.com.
Will my cookies break during shipping?
We do our very best to protect and shield the cookies from breaking. Each cookie is wrapped and sealed in a cellophane bag for freshness, then bubble wrapped and placed in a bakery box. Then, that box gets placed in a shipping box protected with Kraft paper to prevent as much movement as possible. However, once they leave our hands, we can't guarantee how the cookies will be handled by shippers and we are unable to refund for damaged or lost cookies. If you need a specific number of cookies for a special occasion, you may consider ordering a few extras to be prudent.
Do you deliver?
Yes! If you're located in the Charlotte, NC area, we're happy to coordinate local delivery arrangements. Additional fees may apply.
Do you have a pick-up location?
Not at this time.

Product Info
What are the main ingredients used in your products?
The cookies are made with flour, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder and extract (flavors vary). The icing is made with meringue powder, powdered sugar, corn syrup and extract (flavors vary).
What flavor cookies do you make?
Our signature flavor is a vanilla sugar cookie with vanilla icing. We do offer
other flavors upon request and as part of our pre-designed sets. Ask us about our additional flavor offerings!
Are your cookies gluten, nut or dairy free?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer
gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-safe cookie varieties at this time.
How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually wrapped and head-sealed in a clear cellophane bag to ensure freshness, then placed in a food-safe box. Heat sealed cookies last up to 2 weeks on the counter or 3 months in the freezer.
How long will the cookies last?
The cookies will stay fresh for about 2-3 weeks after purchase or receipt of shipment, but they are GREAT to freeze and taste perfect when thawed! Therefore, you can just put them in the freezer before or after your event to extend their life.

Custom Orders
What is the cost for custom cookies?
All custom cookies are baked and decorated for your special occasion and each order is quoted based upon the complexity and design of the set.
- Full-Size Cookies (3.5"-4")
Pricing starts at $75 per dozen and increases from there depending on size, colors, detail, additional shapes, etc. There is a 2-dozen minimum order for full-size cookies. - Mini Cookies (2"-2.5")
Pricing starts at $38 per dozen with a 3-dozen minimum order. Mini cookies can be added by the dozen to any full-size cookie order.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, please complete and submit the Custom Order Form with information and details for your cookie request and we'll contact you via email within 48 hours to confirm availability and pricing. Once a quote is sent, your requested data will be held for 24 hours - after that, the date may be released. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.
How far in advance do I need to place my custom order?
Our custom sugar cookies are made to order and require at least 10 business
days’ notice to schedule, bake, and decorate. Because each batch is crafted
with care and our calendar fills quickly - often days or weeks in advance –
it’s best to place your order early to secure your preferred date. When
our schedule allows, we’ll do our best to make it happen, but orders placed inside that window carry a Rush Fee of 20% of the order total so our bakers can prioritize your piece of pastry perfection. If we’re fully booked, you can still indulge in our ready-to-enjoy selection of pre-designed cookies, available without preordering.
Can I send an invitation or inspiration I like for you to work off of?
Yes, we enjoy working off customer-provided designs. However, our designs may vary slightly from the source(s) you provide. Please upload as many designs and images you’d like when completing your Custom Order form. The more details the better!
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. The minimum order quantity is 2-dozen (24) for Full-Size cookies (3.5"-4") and 3-dozen (36) for Minis (2"-2.5"). Mini cookies can be added by the dozen to any full-size cookie order.
What is your payment policy?
- Orders Under $200
Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your order. - Orders $200 & Above
A non-refundable 50% deposit of your total order is due at the time of booking to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping or delivery.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Orders Under $200
- If an order is cancelled within 21 business days of the scheduled due date, your payment will be refunded.
- Any order that is cancelled with less than 21 business days' notice is not eligible for refund, but your payment may be used towards a future order.
Orders $200 & Above
- Deposits are non-refundable, but may be used towards a future order.

Corporate Orders
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! Just complete our Custom Order Inquiry Form and our
Corporate Concierge team will reach out shortly to confirm details, answer
questions, and help you design the perfect cookies and gifts.
Can I send gift orders to multiple recipients?
Yes! Once your order is placed, just email us your recipient list, item allocation and any special instructions. Our team will coordinate the deliveries so every gift arrives to its intended beneficiary.
Can one order be shipped to different locations?
Absolutely! Place your order as usual using one of the shipping addresses, then email us your recipient list, item breakdown and any pertinent details.
We'll make sure each gift arrives exactly where it's meant to go.
Can you ship all the gift order boxes to me for personal distribution?
Of course! If you’d like to hand-deliver your cookies at an event or meeting, we
can ship all boxes directly to you - or you can pick them up locally if you are near the Charlotte, NC area.
How long does shipping take?
We ship nationwide and most cookie orders arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped. Each cookie is individually wrapped and stays fresh for up to 2 weeks, so they'll arrive looking (and tasting) their best.
Can I choose an exact delivery date?
You can request a preferred arrival date but, while we do our best to match
that date, delivery times are estimated by UPS and may vary due to factors like
weather or traffic. For peace of mind, we recommend allowing a few extra days when possible.
Can I include a message with our gift order?
Yes! We can include a custom notecard with your logo and personal message, as well as provided marketing materials inside every gift box.
Can I customize the packaging for my corporate order?
Definitely! We love bringing your brand to life through custom packaging. (Minimum
quantities may apply, and pricing may vary based on your selections.) Just let
us know your ideas in the “Additional Details” box on the Corporate Inquiry
Form, and we’ll follow-up with you to further plan the packaging.
Can I speak to someone directly about my corporate order?
Absolutely! Our Corporate Concierge team loves talking cookies and creative gifting
ideas. Email us at hello@crumbprints.co, and someone will connect with
you right away.
Do you offer samples?
For smaller orders, we don’t create exact design samples - but you can order a non-custom cookie to experience the taste and texture before you buy.
For larger orders, we can create a full design sample of your custom cookies. We’ll either send a photo preview (free) or ship a sample (for a small fee) - just reach out for details.

Do you have a storefront?
We don't have a storefront at this time, but we do sometimes pop-up at events around town. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to find out where we'll be next.
How does Crumbprints ensure food safety and quality?
Crumbprints operates in full compliance with North Carolina Cottage Food Laws. All products are prepared by certified food handlers who follow strict sanitation and safety practices to ensure every cookie is made with care and quality.
